Information collected
Depending on the platforms and functions you choose to use, SNS Studio may handle:
- TikTok account identifiers, display name, username, profile image, and profile information made available through permissions you approve;
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, where required to maintain the connection and perform authorized API operations;
- post text, captions, publishing choices, media references, upload details, and the identifiers or status returned for posts and media;
- analytics and account or post information returned by APIs you authorize; and
- technical logs and diagnostic information needed to operate the service, protect it, and investigate errors.
For TikTok, connection is made through TikTok’s authorization flow. SNS Studio does not ask you to enter or send your TikTok password to us. The information available depends on the permissions shown during authorization.
How information is used
We use this information only as needed to:
- connect and manage the social account you authorized;
- prepare, upload, and submit content when you request those actions;
- check publishing and upload status and show available history;
- retrieve and display analytics made available by authorized APIs; and
- maintain the service, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse or security incidents.
SNS Studio does not use TikTok account data for advertising or sell personal data.
Security
Access to account information and tokens is limited to the operation of SNS Studio and the functions you request. Tokens are not displayed on these public information pages. No specific security certification or encryption practice is represented by this policy.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account connection has been misused, revoke the authorization with the platform and contact us.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide SNS Studio, maintain account and publishing history, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Removing a connected account in SNS Studio marks the integration as removed from active use; it does not necessarily erase the stored connection record, tokens, posts, or history at that time. Some related records may remain for service operation and account history. Revoking access with TikTok prevents future authorized access but does not by itself delete information already held by SNS Studio.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by SNS Studio, email support@sweet-honey-works.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and will respond in accordance with applicable law. We may retain information where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate service records, security, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You choose whether to connect a TikTok account and which permissions to grant in TikTok’s authorization flow. You can stop using the integration, remove the connected account in SNS Studio, or manage the authorization through TikTok. You can also contact us to make a data request as described above.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when SNS Studio’s data practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page.
