The service
SNS Studio provides tools to connect social accounts, organize media, prepare posts, publish content at the user’s request, and review available publishing history or analytics. Features may vary by platform, account type, authorized permissions, and availability.
SNS Studio is an independent service. References to a social platform identify compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement.
Accounts and authorization
You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the content you provide, and the actions requested through your SNS Studio account.
Connections to TikTok use TikTok’s authorization flow (OAuth). SNS Studio does not ask you to provide your TikTok password. You authorize SNS Studio to access only the information and functions presented and approved in that flow. You may manage or revoke an authorization through the relevant platform.
You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, and consents needed for media and other content you upload, schedule, or publish.
Acceptable use
You must use SNS Studio lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and the rules that apply to your connected accounts. You must not:
- connect or use an account without the account holder’s permission;
- use SNS Studio to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content;
- send spam, evade platform safeguards, misuse APIs, or interfere with the service or another person’s use; or
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to SNS Studio, a connected platform, or another user’s information.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.
Third-party services
Your use of TikTok and other connected platforms remains subject to each platform’s own terms, policies, and requirements. These Terms do not replace or override any third-party terms. If a platform’s rules apply to your use of that platform or its APIs, you must follow those rules.
For TikTok, review the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Developer Terms, and TikTok Developer Guidelines. TikTok controls its own services, APIs, and decisions to accept, deliver, or display content.
SNS Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok names are used only to identify the supported platform.
Availability and changes
We work to operate SNS Studio, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, changes to a third-party platform or API, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of SNS Studio. We will provide notice when required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SNS Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. The service operator is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, rejected or delayed posts, loss of content, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Ending use
You may stop using SNS Studio and remove a connected account through the account controls available in the application. You may also revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok. Removing an account from SNS Studio may not immediately erase stored connection records, tokens, posts, or history. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion requests.
We may suspend or end access as described in these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including those concerning third-party rights, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply after use ends.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to SNS Studio, connected platforms, or applicable requirements. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
